To see the pent roof mobile field shelter range click here.  External cladding is a high quality 16mm planed shiplap and carcassing is 75x100mm planed softwood. As with all our stables and shelters the internal carcass and external cladding are all fully tanalised (pressure treated) so ensuring longevity of the building. The roof sheets are bitumen based 'Onduline' which have a manufacturers guarantee of fifteen years.
Galvanised steel skids (60x60mm) box section provide mobility. The skids have fittings at either end enabling you to attach chains/ropes to tow the shelter in either direction.
The shelter has a natural finish which, due to the pressure treatment is slightly 'greenish' in colour. There is no need to apply any stain or preservative for the first few years of life but many customers choose to change the colour with a preservative stain. If this is your choice we recommend using a proprietory brand such as 'Cuprinol'.
Delivery and installation is dependant upon postcode please see 'Delivery and installation page'. We can erect your shelter on a suitable site for an additional cost of £165 per unit. Alternatively, you can opt for DIY installation - you would need two or three strong people, one who is generally handy and the tools as listed on the 'Delivery' page.
