Our horse shelters and stables are available with a pitched roof which has a lined 900mm overhang. Our garages are always pitched and made to exactly the same specifications but without the kickboards or overhang.

With the greenish finish of pressure treated timber and a black Onduline roof, it sits unobtrusively in a countryside environment.

internal half height OSB cladding to field sheltersThe mobile and static shelters are lined up to 1.2m with kickboards to prevent damage. ALL carcass and cladding timber is pressure treated to British Standard.

Heavy duty galvanised steel skids and fitted brackets enable towing on mobile units. The shelters and stables are suitable for horses up to 16.2hh (for a larger horse we can heighten the eaves - please contact us for a quote).

  • Framework: 75mm x 45mm planed pressure edges eased (rounded off) CLS treated softwood

  • Overhang on pitched buildings: 900mm (lined underneath with OSB)

  • Kickboards: 12mm OSB Splinter board

  • Mobility skids: Galvanised box section steel 60mm x 60mm with towing hooks at each end

  • Exterior cladding: 125mm x 19mm quality planed shiplap (pressure treated)

  • Finish: All external timbers are pressure treated (tanalised) and so have a natural greenish finish which lightens with age

  • Ironmongery: Galvanised steel

  • Fixings: Zinc plated

  • Build: Sectional panels BOLTED together (not nailed)
